though some of you might already know the news, i still would like to share my joy with you.. yes, im going to be a mummy soon and today is the 3month already.. and below are some blogs i have written days back..

Time passes and its my routine check up again after 3 weeks..

This time round, i went to Mt Alvernia on 13th September 2006, for 2nd check up (previously was at KKH).. maybe heard too much stories about KKH.. abit phobia..

The enviroment is quite spacious as all the doctors has their own clinic, situated side by side.. and you wont see alot of MTBs waiting outside, as the waiting time is also not very long..

I was recommended Dr HK Ho by my friend and i think he's quite good.. at least he did advice me what to avoid and what is good for me.. currently i only need to take folic acid and nothing more..

As usual, i did the scanning and is able to see the foetus growing already.. previously it was just a 2mm dot and now i can see its forming.. so sheng qi to know that a life is actually growing inside me... that kind of feeling is really incredible.. too bad, man can never experience this.. :P hahah!!

at 9 weeks old 3 days old, its now 24.6mm.. see below..

i also started to gain about 3kg and friends and colleagues around me notice a difference.. one very obvious thing is i stop wearing high heels... secondly with that 3kg, people can actually see why i put on so much suddenly.. me also start to be hungry every now and then.. thus needs to stock up biscuits in my office... so sad to see my figure going out of shape but i know its all worth it... cant wait to see my little one growing inside me.. haha!! :P

time passes and Im now 8 weeks, 1 day pregnant... when the time i notice that im pregnant, it was then around 5.5 weeks and about 2mm big..

From the tracker, it should now be as big as 3/4 inch and my tummy is starting to show abit.. looks more like bloated.. alot of ppl says i put on weight but they didnt realise Im going to be a Mummy soon.. hehehe.. :P

When i first tested to be positive, i was real surprise.. cos the symptons i have looks more like menses coming rather than that.. but of course i was very happy and moved to tears.. hubby wasnt home at home to share the joy and he seems couldnt believe his ears!! keep asking me:" you have eh?" dunno doesnt trust me or doesnt trust the test kit.. hahaha!! :P

as all have guessed, yes, my parents and friends are very happy for me...

Got a baby book from my group of best friends and really appreciate it..can write in the feelings of Daddy and Mummy when first realise its existance, envelopes to put in ultra scans and all the important milestones from baby to 1 year old big.. cant wait to fill up eveything in there.. :P

From then, though abit early, i have started to buy some maternity clothing as the waist part abit expanded..sad..most of the bottoms cant wear liao.. :( and realise that maternity clothing really very ex.. so tries to borrow from friends if i can.. hehe..

the most headache part is choosing a gynae.. learn from friends, most say their gynae good.. at first went to KKH, went to the same gynae as my sis.. but after that heard alot of stories from friends saying about the services in KKH.. very scary.. so KKH is out of my choise liao!! the next 2 im considering is Jocelyn Wong from TMC (saw in the Singapore Motherhood's Forum alot of MTBs recommended and used her) and the other is Dr Ho from My Alvernia. Though the hospital is abit Christain, but i think i will still consider that.. cos nothing to do with religious ma.. jsut using their doctor and rooms.. hahaha!! :P

though its quite early to choose now, but i dun wish to change from one to another.. anyway i have booked Dr Ho from Mt Alvernia and hope everything goes on fine.. then i no need to headache liao..

next headache comes to who to take care because my mum stays very far and i have no car and my MIL is the only sole breadwinner.. cannot ask her give up job.. sad... and also cannot afford to put baby at my mum's place and bring home only on weekends..cant bear even the though of it.. ya, too early to think so far, but really scare nobody then i have to employ nanny liao.. help!!
