Poor Baby...
a few days ago, i forgot to put on the mittens for Chanel.. and in the middle of the night suddenly cried so loud til i dunno what to do.. Then HB wake up and switch on the light.. to our horror, she actually scratch her face til the wound is stain with blood.. my poor baby.. so heart pain and so guilty.. next time dun dare to leave her without mittens liao.. can see HB abit angry lor.. why i forgot to put on the mittens.. my forever so blue..sigh.. :( luckily can see her recovering these few days.. no more bloody stain and the wound seems healing.. phew!!
recently Chanel keeps waking in the middle of the night for more milk.. not sure if its time to increase her intake liao (currently she is drinking 120ml at 3-4hour interval).. have to monitor for a few days before deciding.. else poor daddy have to coax bb to sleep.. both of us going to have panda eyes.. haha!! :P
next week, Chanel is going for her 3rd month jab on 12th July.. thinking we should be taking up the 5-in-1 package at CCK polyclinic.. she will be at nanny's place as she suggest to let Chanel have a bit of pao shen before the jab so that she will not have fever after the jab.. hopefully everything goes on fine..
not sure if mummies out there give your baby pearl powder.. the nanny suggested to give Chanel some as she is having quite a bit of phelgm.. but i feel the phelgm is ok leh.. as long as its not interrupting her breathing, i think should be ok ba.. dun dare to give such things to bb leh.. she still so young, dunno if the system will absorb such things.. anyway alot of mummies i chat at forum mentioned that not to good to give bb at such a young age.. so conclusion is: im gog to ignore the nanny and will not be give Chanel the powder.. hehe.. :P

If Chanel did get feverish from the last jab, then you have gotta let the nurse / doc know when you bring her for the 3rd jab later. They may ask you to take the pharacetamol after the jab to prevent fever later in the evening. Else like what the nanny says, give Pao-Sen 2-3 days before jab.
Pearl powder from Eu Yan Seng is good. Actually, you should give Chanel immediately when she was delivered then. It helps to clear her internal system. Now can also give but stretch it within a week intake. Give a little from the tip of your finger. A small bottle from Eu Yan Seng can be stretched up to a week intake. Then stop and give after 1 year old.
Too much of pearl powder may be too cooling for young children.
really eh? the pearl powder so wonderful one eh? didnt know about that.. ok, think will ask the Eu Yan Seng ppl to see how.. thanks for your help.. :P
