Dear friends, thanks for all the comments posted.. :P luckily there are expert mums around to guide me.. haha!! :P
1) i have decided to let Chanel use a more affordable brand (as recommended): Nepia in the day time and better absorbent ones at night.. hehe.. :P
PROBLEM SOLVED!!
2) she finally understand bm babies shit are more yellow and watery.. in fact, overall she is more concern on babies being.. thus will report to me whenever she see "different things".. all along, she is taking care of fm babies so didnt see such poo before.. and she did take the effort to ask around and she finally accept that its normal for bm babies to have such poo.. :P

3) she says she knows how to burp her already.. she knows a tactic to let her burp liao. i also dunno how she did it, didnt really ask, so long as she knows how.. i suspect she move Chanel straight after feeding... Chanel seldom regurgitate though, unless i change her position straight after feeding.. now usually after feed, i tried not to move her much.. so lesser chance for her to vomit out also.. :P

4) she accept the fact that i will be giving her bm for a long time, so no longer ask me to gv fm to Chanel liao.. hehe.. :P

5) she has agreed not to give gripewater to Chanel unless she has wind..

anyway, i have sort out things with the nanny today, of course in a tactful way.. hehe.. :P and we are ok now.. yippie!! lets keep our fingers crossed and hope everything will just be fine..
